l\u2019organisme,<\/li><li>Elles agissent \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faibles doses,<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>Elles doivent obligatoirement \u00eatre apport\u00e9es par l\u2019alimentation pour la plupart car le corps ne peut les synth\u00e9tiser.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>A l\u2019exception de la vitamine D (qui peut \u00eatre synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e apr\u00e8s exposition au soleil, sous certaines latitudes) et de la vitamine K, l\u2019organisme est incapable de synth\u00e9tiser les vitamines : elles doivent imp\u00e9rativement \u00eatre apport\u00e9es par l\u2019alimentation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Leur caract\u00e8re indispensable vient de leur r\u00f4le sp\u00e9cifique : de nombreuses vitamines entrent dans la constitution de groupements coenzymatiques.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>A ce titre, elles interviennent dans de nombreuses r\u00e9actions enzymatiques permettant l\u2019utilisation cellulaire des prot\u00e9ines, des lipides et des glucides.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Actuellement on conna\u00eet<span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong> 13 vitamines : 9 vitamines hydrosolubles et 4 vitamines liposolubles.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong><u>Les vitamines hydrosolubles<\/u>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>Ce sont la vitamine C et les vitamines du groupe B (B1, B2, B3 ou PP, B5, B6, B8, B9 et B12).<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>On les appelle ainsi car elles sont solubles dans l\u2019eau, <\/strong><\/span>par cons\u00e9quent se dispersent dans les liquides de l\u2019organisme, sans \u00eatre stock\u00e9es : ce facteur les rend tr\u00e8s peu toxiques, puisque m\u00eame en cas de surconsommation, elles sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9es dans les urines.<\/p><p>Cela fait aussi que si l\u2019alimentation n\u2019apporte pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement plus de 50% des apports recommand\u00e9s, de petites carences peuvent se d\u00e9velopper en l\u2019espace d\u2019un mois.
