Par ailleurs, le taux d\u2019antibiotiques dans le lait est 100 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019il y a 25 ans[7].<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Vous pouvez privil\u00e9gier les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux bio (amandes, noisettes, ch\u00e2taignes, soja, riz\u2026). Ils remplacent \u00e0 merveille le lait animal et la cr\u00e8me pour r\u00e9aliser vos sauces.
